Q: Will the photos leak out ?

A: Privacy is the top priority when giving our services. When our customers give us the photos , ONLY one copy will be saved in the workstation computer. When we finish the services , all the photos will be deleted within a week. No copy will be left after services done.

Q: Where are the Photo Albums designed and made from ?

A: All the Photo Albums are designed in Hong Kong and made in Japan.

Q: How long is the servicing time?

A: It depends on how many photos. Since it's a tailor made services, all the details will be discussed individually.

Q: If I have many similar photos and am confused to choose the best one, What should I do?

A: Simply send us all and we will decide the best one based on our professional judgement !

Q: For the Photo Album, Will you charge me other cost such as printing, transportation ... etc?

A: No. To make it simple, page fee + design fee = Album Price. The Album Price includes everything already.

Q: Will the final price of the album charge significantly more than the initial quotation?

A: We guarantee the final price won't be more than 10% of the initial quotation. For example, if the estimate quotation of Album price is HKD 500. The cap of the Album price is HKD 550.

Q: For the Photo Album product 4 & 5 , Why same size but different price?

A: They are quite different in terms of the packing, product 4 is more long lasting and durable since it's protected by the hardcover and protective sleeve.

Q: How many photos can one page include ?

A: It depends on the design layout, ranging from 1 to 6 photos per page normally.

Q: How do I collect the Album ?

A: Normally we will give you by hand via Hong Kong MTR station. If you want to get it outside HK, feel free to voice out !

Q: Can I choose the one I want to be the photo cover or title of the Album?

A: Yes. If you have any specific requirement to your Album, feel free to let us know. We provide tailor made services.
